    Established by the State Government of Amazonas by SDS in September 2007, an act of political relevance unprecedented in the history, to value and compensate economically the environmental conservation efforts of families living in protected areas of the State of Amazonas. People voluntarily join the program. - Bolsa Floresta Income : payment of R$140.000 per year per protected area to promote production arrangements and product certification of projects. - Bolsa Floresta Social – annual payment of R$140.000 per protected area, and is directed to education, health, communication and transport matters. - Bolsa Floresta Association: Directed to strengthen and empower the community’s association and social control of the program. - Bolsa Floresta Family: monthly payment of R$50, paid to the woman of the families who signed the voluntary commitment.
