- Project descriptionThis project seeks to develop the capacity and knowledge for Tanzania to participate actively and comprehensively in REDD+ activities. The goal of the project is to achieve proper management of the Pugu Kazimzumbwi Forest ecosystem. In order to achieve these objectives the project takes the approach of improving forest management through completing the central government's efforts at engaging adjacent forest communities in Joint Forest Management under PFM.
