  To restore degraded lands, control soil erosion and desertification, improve biodiversity conservation and livelihood of local communities, the project plans to establish 2,191.21 ha of tree-shrub mixed forests by direct planting on degraded lands in 13 villages of 4 towns/townships in Helinge'er County. Farmers will be directly involved in the plantations and will be trained on farming techniques.
