Project description
The project aims to conserve the region's biodiversity through protection of forests and restoration of degraded forest. It will strengthen management of protected areas, conduct scientific research, protect water resources and develop alternative income generation compatible with nature conservation. Absorption of CO2 will be made possible by increasing the plant biomass (tree planting). The methodologies used in the projects could be replicated in the future.
