    The project corresponds to a REDD+ project grouped by instances, to prevent deforestation and forest degradation and to contribute to the sustainable development of communities and preserve existing forests in the territory of the Alto Orito Indigenous Reserve, the Simorna Indigenous Reserve, the Inga Indigenous Reserve of San Andrés, the Nukanchipa Alpa Amukunapa Wasi Indigenous Reservation, the Yunguillo Indigenous Reservation, the Villa Catalina Indigenous Reservation of Puerto Rosario and the Kaméntsá Biya Indigenous Reservation of Sibundoy, through the strengthening of territorial governance by the indigenous people, the development of sustainable productive activities compatible with nature that contribute to food security and the generation of surpluses, social investment, and the monitoring and protection of forests
