    This savannah Land Afforestation Project on the Batéké Plateau north of Brazzaville aims to develop an alternative and renewable source of charcoal for urban use, based on the establishment of Acacia auriculiformis agroforestry plantations. Furthermore, Acacia rows will be intercropped with lines of food crops (Cassava in particular), forming agroforestry plantations.
