  Project consisted of planting of Bamboo on land situated within South Africa (Magaliesburg) which is unutilized (fallow grassland) in the baseline. Through bamboo establishment, the carbon stock on land is increased. This will achieve GHG emission removals. The establishment of a forest in an area where historically no forests occur and agricultural potential of the land is found to be low. Past agricultural efforts were found not to be economically viable.
