    The project aims to reforest a degraded area following the principe of sustainable forest management, in order to achieve the following objectives: - To earn carbon credits from the growth of trees considered in the project area; - To provide climate change mitigation services by planting trees for sequestration of CO2; - Eco-restoration of the degraded land areas and biodiversity conservation; - Improvement of soil and land productivity through increasing the water holding capacity of the lands; - Environmental sustenance to the megapolis of Delhi. - Generation of economic, social and educational options to the direct and indirect stakeholders
